Jokes run the entire spectrum of car repair including going to dinner with a mechanic who can't turn his "ear" off and can hear a potential valve job for the rented limo in the near future. "Ministers" is a series of panels depicting a day in the life of a clergy person. Male and female ministers in a variety of situations highlighting the little frustrations that continually find themselves in the way of their calling. Nothing offensive and applicable to many denominations.
"Ministers" tries to explore the world of the clergy. Jokes could apply to any religious denomination and involve both male and female ministers. Everything is on a positive level although jokes hit at some of the everyday frustrations that conspire to ground a minister's lofty endeavors. Top right hand joke depicts a minister who is a bit shocked that he can walk right into heaven. The angel is saying, "After all those Fellowship meetings and budget meetings and new members' meetings? Of course you can go right in...you're practically a Saint already."
