You will be credited for a full refund of the product price, with no hassles, upon receipt of the return. All products must be returned in new and sellable condition in their original retail packaging. Exchanges will be done at the full original purchase price with no restocking fee*. All purchases must be returned within 30 days for a full refund. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international shipments.

Accepted Methods of Payments:

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover; Personal & Business Checks (allowing sufficient time to clear). For your protection on some orders we may require that a photocopy of both the front and back of the credit card be faxed to us prior to the order being shipped.

Unused credits expire after six months.

Shipping & Handling :

We sometimes offer “free shipping” promotions. During these events, free shipping applies only to ground services.

International Orders:

ALL international orders will be sent via UPS to the billing address on the credit card without exception. All packages will be sent signature required. TPC is not responsible for packages lost, damaged or seized by customs. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items shipped internationally. Shipments may take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Please call or email us if you have any questions about international ordering.

Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to product failure resulting from:

Normal wear and tear.

Abuse, misuse, or accident.

Alteration or modification of the product.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE REMEDY FOR PRODUCT DEFECT AND NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY IS PROVIDED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ELEGANT OFFICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT DEFECT.
